85° delivers ordered products within three to four working days of ordering. You, however, understand that the time of delivery depends on the distance of the delivery destination. Because delivery time scales quoted are indicative only, we will not be held liable for delayed delivery caused by any third party (when we use third party delivery services). Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

If you choose to pick your goods up at our store, allow us at least 4 hours to get the order ready.

We offer free standard delivery on orders above 200€ to these countries: France, UK, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and Luxembourg.

Such free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. You will however, be liable for shipping for orders that fall below 200€.

When shipped outside of the EU, please note that custom taxes and duties will apply, as the prices of products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You understand and accept that all applicable duties shall be borne by you. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. We will not be held liable for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control.

You hereby represent that the address at which delivery of the product you ordered is to be made will be proper and correct in all respects, and that any extra costs incurred by 85° for redelivery shall be claimed from you should a non-delivery occur because of a mistake by you.

SHIPPING POLICY AND EXPORT SALES

85° can ship orders everywhere. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped.

Except otherwise stated, prices for products ordered on 85° do not include shipping costs, and shipping costs may vary with orders.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

We only accept the return of items within 15 days of their delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unwashed, unaltered and unworn full-price merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns for fragrances, underwear, swimwear as well as gift cards

ALL discounted items are final sale. To qualify for a return, you must send our customer care team an email at info@85paris.com to obtain a return number to note on the “Return Authorisation”. You must then include this number on your return, as well as any other information relating to shipping.

Please note that no return parcel shall be accepted without a return number, which you must write legibly on the parcel. To complete your return, we will also ask you to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will review your item once we receive it, and then refund your payment by reissuing a credit to your payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at info@85paris.com

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, then ask for a refund and order it again on our store. You can also send us an email to info@85paris.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
